Fetch a Polymarket order book as JSON

Find a market and query its book endpoint, with documentation for request details and limits on recorded order book history.

Request the market's order book

Use /markets to find the market you want, then request /markets/{id}/book with that market's identifier. Check the endpoint documentation or OpenAPI spec for the request details and use your API key as documented. The API returns JSON for use in your own tool or dashboard. If your analysis also needs price history, use /markets/{id}/history as a separate request.

Limits

Subscriptions record order books while the service runs, so do not treat recording as a complete historical order book archive. Check the coverage you have before using recorded books to study an earlier period. Plan repeated requests around the UTC daily allowances, which are 100 for Free, 10,000 for Builder and 100,000 for Pro. Builder costs 19 USD a month and Pro costs 49 USD a month, and the API applies per-plan rate limits.
