Check Polymarket API health

Inspect service health and background data-refresh status.

This public endpoint is useful for uptime checks. Read background job freshness, backup age and item-failure counts as well as HTTP status. A completed wallet refresh pass can still have individual failures reported in item_failures.wallet_retrying; job freshness alone does not prove every wallet refreshed.

Authentication

No API key is required for this route.

Responses

Authenticated requests can return 401 for an invalid key or 429 when a plan limit is reached. Upstream failures may return a server error; do not treat an error as an empty dataset.
